Thanksgiving Weekend!

Thanksgiving weekend was great with my family and Nater.  The day before Turkey Day Nate and I went to Scheels to get shotgun shells in preparation for Friday shooting.  If you have never been in that place, GO because it's huge and full of stuff you can buy.  I have never seen so many stuffed wildlife in one place ever.  There was deer, a fox, bear, moose, ducks, birds, cougars, etc..  Kinda cool but very creepy.  They also have a Ferris wheel in the store and an aquarium you walk through with exotic fish.  We didn't go on the Ferris Wheel because the line was hours long.  I'm glad I got to go.  If you do go,  make sure you sample their fudge in the food court, but don't get their chicken strips.  We couldn't even gag them down...

Thanksgiving day we had my family, my Uncle Dave, and Megan's friend Effie.  We had 8 pies for 10 people... That's how we roll.  I should have taken a picture of us and the food... oh well.  We had a lot of it

Table decorations with our own name tags
All Tuckered out after lots of turkey...
Instead of going to Black Friday, we went to west Utah Lake and shot hand guns, rifles, and shotguns.  It was such a beautiful day.

Megan was my backup but I didn't need her.

Just shootin'
After shooting we headed down to Provo to watch the BYU vs UNC elite 8 quarter final game.  There were so many people there, we were very lucky to get a seat.

Yes we are both wearing my dad's jackets...
On Saturday, Nov 24th 10:20 a.m. Nate and I have officially been married for 6 months!  To celebrate, we went to see Wreck-it-Ralph.  That movie is the most unique movie I've ever seen.  Go see it!  For dinner, we went to Costa Vida and ate Tres Leches, the best Mexican dessert for free!  I love being married to Nate.  He makes me want to be a better person.  Six Months has flown by so quickly and I can't wait to spend now and eternity with him!

Also, I found out on Sunday that five of Nate's cousins are pregnant, so we're off the hook for a while... :) hehe
